My Story

Growing up people always told me I should pick something to specialize in, whether it be perfecting my skills as an engineer or focusing on business.  Instead I discovered a different route, choosing to reside with one foot in the technical and the other in the business realm. I was able to grow in both aspects while double majoring in Computer Science & Economics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This decision has allowed me to meet incredibly talented people from many concentrations and connect with them on topics outside of my forte.

For most of my life I couldn't see beyond textbooks, then one night during my sophomore year I came up with an idea while I as walking home from the gym. I had had ideas pop into my head before, only this time I did something different, I drew a concept out on the back of a flyer.  At the time I didn't realize it, but I had just taken the first step towards becoming an innovator, which is to act upon your ideas. Since that night, I have gone on to lead talented teams on both personal and professional projects.

I truly believe that life is a beautiful blend of science and art, an opinion that I share with one of my idol's Steve Jobs.  In order to create a truly great product or service, a team must incorporate talented members that can bring a diverse set of skills and passions to the table.  I have an eye for talent, and when I see it I do everything in my power to motivate and enable others to discover their greatness.

I have many interests but my true passion is in my professional work and my personal projects. My goal is to ensure that one day these will be one in the same.  For now, you can find me in Silicon Valley chasing my dreams and working for Intuit as a Product Manager. Feel free to explore my space on the internet or contact me directly.  If you gain nothing else from my site I hope I can at least inspire you to realize that your dreams aren't as far away as you think they are, all you have to do is chase them.
